Our Mission
The Perfect Fit Saddlery is dedicated to getting you in the best saddle for you and your horse! McKinley is an independent fitter meaning she can look at ANY brand saddle on your horse and help with fit and adjustment advice. Or if you are interested in one of the brands we carry then we can help find the perfect new or used saddle. We use a unique fitting process to match saddle trees to the shape of your horse's back. When the specific shape of the back is mirrored by the tree shape the saddle can sit securely in the correct place and we see dramatically better overall comfort and performance. All saddles carried by The Perfect Fit Saddlery are handmade with the highest quality leather and materials made for horses to have a healthier back because of softness, consistency, and non deformability when the tree of the saddle fits the horse seamlessly.

What You Can Expect at Your Appointment
-$250 Fitting Fee Per Horse
-Please be ready with your horse at the appointment start with your preferred riding gear. We will take personalized tracing of your horse’s back.
The tracing will help us determine together the ideal saddle for you and your horse- which shape and material tree is The Perfect Fit and what size and customizations we will order for you OR advisement to improve the fit of your current saddle with adjustment and/or pad and shim options.
-We will evaluate the fit of your saddle both in the cross ties and ridden when required
-Adjustment costs:
$150 for Tree Adjustment
Flocking ranging from $50-$200
We also offer ongoing support over time as you and your horse may change or grow. Teaming up with a saddle fitter is a hugely important part of your horses overall health. Staying on top of saddle fit means helping your horse stay happy and healthy especially in their back and keeping posture habits positive.
